3. Workshop and Webinar Bookings

Tasmania Untouched offers various educational workshops and webinars related to Tasmanian wildlife and conservation. By booking these services, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received in full.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made between 14-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event.
  • Tasmania Untouched reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to insufficient bookings, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of cancellation by Tasmania Untouched, participants will be offered either a full refund or priority booking for the rescheduled date.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Tasmania Untouched's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Tasmania Untouched makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Tasmania Untouched does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.

Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to mediation before resorting to litigation.
